Miss Krafty E will reply you within 24 hours.
Step 2: Please provide Miss Krafty E with paraphernalia requirements (eg. Ang Bao boxes, double boxes, theme: daisies etc), your name and contact details when enquiring.
Step 3: Confirmation on paraphernalia availability and total amount due.
Step 4: Upon confirmation of order of paraphernalia, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total payment (to be made via POSB bank transfer) is required before Miss Krafty E proceeds with the production. Kindly inform Miss Krafty E through email or sms after payment is made to hasten the process.
Step 5: For customers who prefer to self-collect paraphernalia, the balance of the payment must be made in cash during meet-up.

For customers who prefer delivery via post (normal or registered), the balance of the payment must be made electronically before paraphernalia will be sent out. Please note that Miss Krafty E is not responsible for any loss or damage to paraphernalia during post.
Delivery to customers can be arranged at a fee.
